Welcome to our shop-in-progress — a space inspired by the world of S.W. Sands and the Marissa LeClair Cozy Mystery Series. Here, we’re bringing the flavors of Laguna Shores to life, one blend at a time. You’ll soon find teas crafted in the spirit of the Sisters of the Sanctum Mare — the calming, clarifying blends that help them keep their quick step, sharp mind, and centuries-old discipline. These teas are the same ones whispered about in the halls of the Sanctuary and sipped quietly before dawn prayers. We’re also curating coffees that echo the roasts served throughout Laguna Shores: the bright morning brews poured at the Inn Café, the comforting house blends from the Driftwood Café, and the rich, elegant offerings from Harborview House. And for readers who know the shadows beneath the town, we’re preparing a dark chocolate roast inspired by The Cellar — a nod to the Dubai Chocolate profile we plan to offer through our future private-label partnership. Our dark roasts are inspired by the blend Captain — Marissa’s rescue dog who is absolutely convinced he runs the Laguna Shores Inn and Marina — famously guarded at the Inn Café. He’d only approve a batch when the aroma hit that perfect, unmistakable note. Our lighter roasts are a favorite of Shrimps, the tuxedo kitten Captain rescued from the shrimp nets at the marina. Her palate is far more refined, of course — she prefers the bright, delicate blends that pair well with sunlit mornings and quiet mischief. This shop is still taking shape, but the heart of Laguna Shores is already here — warm cups, coastal air, and the flavors that weave through every chapter of Marissa’s world.
